Guilty AF with Savannah Crippen

GUILTY AF

Choosing yourself isn't a betrayal. Let's spend seven days proving it.

A free 7-day challenge for eldest daughters who are done letting guilt decide what they say yes to, how available they are, and how much of themselves they hand over to keep everyone comfortable.

Yes, you can love your family and still choose yourself.

ARE YOU GUILTY AF?

☐ You say "it's fine" when it is very much not fine.
☐ You explain your "no" like you're submitting a legal defense.
☐ You offer to help before anyone even asks.
☐ Someone's disappointed in you and suddenly you're questioning your entire existence.
☐ You can't rest without feeling like you should be doing something.
☐ You know you're allowed to choose yourself, but you still feel like an asshole when you do.

Yeah. We need to talk.

THE ELDEST DAUGHTER THING

Somewhere along the way, you became the responsible one. The helpful one. The one who handles it, keeps the peace, and "should know better."

Being the responsible one is not a personality trait. It's a role you learned. And when everyone's used to you being available, your boundaries can feel like betrayal, even when they're completely reasonable.

This isn't about blaming your family. It's about noticing the role you've been playing and deciding whether you still want to live inside it.

GUILT ≠ WRONG

Guilt doesn't always mean you did something wrong.

Sometimes it means I disappointed someone.
Sometimes it means I'm doing something unfamiliar.
Sometimes it means I'm not playing the role everyone expects.
Sometimes it means I'm finally choosing myself.

Maybe you're not actually guilty. Maybe you're just doing something your family isn't used to.

WHAT IS GUILTY AF?

A free 7-day challenge for eldest daughters ready to stop letting guilt run the show.

Every day you'll get a short audio drop from me: part story, part teaching, all real talk about where the guilt actually comes from and what to do with it. Plus a simple daily exercise you can practice in real life, right in the middle of your busy eldest-daughter existence.

By the end, you'll know how to:

• Recognize guilt for what it actually is (spoiler: usually not a sign you did something wrong)
• Feel the guilt and still say no
• Stop explaining yourself into exhaustion
• Choose yourself without the three-day shame spiral

THE GUILT CHECK

Before you say yes to anything, you'll learn to pause and ask one question: Am I saying yes because I want to, or because I'm afraid of what happens if I don't?

That one question changes everything. It stops you from autopilot agreeing to things you'll resent by Thursday.

THE GUILT REPS

Choosing yourself once doesn't rewire anything. You need reps. Small, doable, real-life reps, like:

• Letting a text sit unanswered for an hour (without dying)
• Saying "I can't make it" without a doctor's note
• Asking for help without offering to repay the favor
• Taking a nap while the dishes are "calling your name"

Seven days. Small reps. Real shift.

DAY 1

The Reality Check

A short audio drop on where the guilt actually comes from (hint: it's not your personality) and the one question that interrupts the autopilot yes.

DAY 2

The Boundary Rep

Your first real no. Small, specific, and real-life. I'll walk you through how to say it without the 45-minute explanation.

DAY 3

The Nervous System Reset

Guilt lives in the body, not just the mind. A sound healing moment to regulate before you respond, so the guilt doesn't run the show.

DAY 4

The Guilt-Free Yes

The practice of saying yes to things you actually want, not things you owe.

DAY 5

The NYE Release

Write down what you carried this year that was never yours to carry, and decide what stays in 2026.

DAY 6

New Year, New Role

Not what you'll do for everyone this year. Who you get to be in the room. One intention, and it's yours.

DAY 7

The Closing Sound Bath

A live group sound bath + Q&A to close us out. Lie down and let the sound land where the guilt used to. Bring headphones.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF...

✓ You're the one everyone calls first
✓ You're tired, but resting feels illegal
✓ You love your family and feel suffocated by them (both things are true)
✓ You've read all the boundary books and still feel guilty anyway
✓ You want to stop self-abandoning, and you want company while you learn

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF...

✗ You never feel guilty about anything (congrats, go live in peace)
✗ You're looking for a lecture on gratitude
✗ You want a quick-fix mindset hack without the feels
✗ You want to blame everyone else for your life

You want a real shift, with a woman who's lived it, not just coached it.

WHAT'S INCLUDED (FREE)

• 7 daily audio drops — short, straight-talk lessons from me (no fluff, no lectures)

• Live community space — because unlearning guilt alone is a scam
• 1 group sound bath — to close the challenge and reset your nervous system
• Optional journal prompts — if you like to process on paper

Cost: free. The only thing you're investing is seven days of choosing yourself.

WHAT CHANGES

You may still feel guilty. But you'll know what to do with it.

You'll pause instead of automatically saying yes. You'll recognize when someone's disappointment isn't your wrongdoing. You'll stay with your decision instead of abandoning it five minutes later.

And you'll start building something bigger than confidence: self-trust.

HI, I'M SAVANNAH

Founder of Infused With Love

I help people come back to themselves through sound healing, meditation, breathwork, self-inquiry, and embodied growth. My background is in psychology and East Asian medicine.

I created GUILTY AF because I was the eldest daughter of two teenagers — the kid who learned early that being the easy, helpful, responsible one was how you kept everything okay. I spent years over-functioning my way through psychology degrees and healing trainings before I finally learned that guilt is a feeling, not a verdict. This challenge is everything I wish someone had handed me back then.

I'm not here to make you less loving. I'm here to help you stop disappearing from your own life.

FAQ

Is this only for eldest daughters?

It was built around the eldest-daughter experience, but anyone who's learned to over-function and put everyone else first may see themselves in it.

What if I actually have responsibilities?

Choosing yourself doesn't mean abandoning real responsibilities. It means learning the difference between responsibility and over-responsibility.

What if my family gets upset?

They might. This challenge doesn't promise everyone will agree with your choices. It teaches you to tolerate disappointment without abandoning yourself.

Will I stop feeling guilty?

Not promising that. The goal is to stop letting guilt automatically make the decision.

Is this therapy?

No. It's an educational, personal-growth challenge and not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or mental-health treatment.

What if I don't know what I want?

Totally normal. Figuring that out is part of the work.

When does it start?

Sunday, December 27 through Saturday, January 2. Register now and you'll be the first in the room.

So... are you actually guilty?

Or are you just finally doing something that doesn't involve everyone else?

You don't need to become less loving. You don't need to stop caring. You don't need to become selfish.

You just need to stop disappearing from your own life.
